It seems to me that your envelope creates a nice airfoil shape. ..Except that it's oriented upside-down, which I think may account for the sudden drops in altitude we see in the video when the craft manages to put some speed on in a single direction. Taking advantage of an airfoil-lift effect oriented correctly could probably increase the amount of payload it can carry, as long as it is moving steadily. Surprisingly quick and agile, though. I think it very impressive, and it has great potential.
